Had to have one photo of the Grand Canal!

A very comfortable hotel on the Canal Foscari Palace is a few steps from the Ca' D'Oro water bus stop, a short walk from Rialto Bridge. The rooftop terrace offers a view across Venice.

'Many a time and oft ...' The Rialto Bridge is the most famous of the bridges that cross the Grand Canal (the other two are the Accademia Bridge and the Scalzi).

Several of my favourite buildings here and a quick trip across La Laguna from the Grande Canale.
