Cow in Goa Agonda Beach 2006

You never know what you may find around the corner!

You will often find cows on the Goan beaches, looking for food, or just for a nice spot to rest.

Sadly, this sight is seen too often in Goa. Rubbish is dumped indiscriminantly, and cows rumage amongst it for food. Unfortunately they don't remove the plastic bags, which can have fatal results.

Located down a dirt track (Visible in the background) Brockhill Cote is a holiday cottage secluded in a small valley away from the main roads. Apart from cows, sheep and the farmer you'll see very few people, only the occasional walker.

For me and many others who love India, Prem Joshuas music sets the scene, and takes us there. His next gig in Goa, is on the 6th January at the Hilltop Vagator.
